Did you know that Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was five years old when he composed his first minuet? Our class piano is designed to keep young learners engaged and excited while introducing them to the world of music. In this class, children begin by exploring basic musical concepts such as rhythm, melody, and pitch through games and hands-on activities. They will learn to clap out simple rhythms, or play "freeze dance" to help them understand tempo and movement. This class encourages creativity by allowing children to experiment with sounds, creating their own tunes, and even composing mini melodies, all while being supported in a playful, nurturing environment.

The piano itself becomes the central tool for exploration, with each child having a chance to press keys, identify notes, and start learning easy tunes. To help build their confidence, the teacher will use colorful visual aids like musical flashcards to help them identify the notes and their corresponding sounds. Group activities include simple call-and-response songs, where the teacher plays a short melody and the children repeat it. This reinforces their listening skills while fostering a sense of accomplishment when they successfully replicate what they’ve heard.
